Do you ship outside South Africa?
Courier services are available to all cities in South Africa. Should you wish to place an order from outside South Africa, kindly complete the contact form.
What are the accepted payment methods at Shringar?
Payments are processed through PayFast.
How can I track my order?
We use Courier Guy. You can use your parcel tracking number to locate your parcel.
Can I return or exchange items purchased online at the stores?

No, you cannot return items purchased online at either of our two branches in Durban or Johannesburg as online orders are completely separate from in-store purchases.
